In-Story Sponsorship

Some VORTEX stories are too good to keep behind the OLO members' paywall, but the writers and photographers who make them still deserve to get paid. This is how we square that.

You sponsor a piece of original Ojai journalism. We split the slot between two or three local businesses, so it's not a heavy ask for any one of you. Your name, a short tagline, and a link sit inside the published story. We'll tell you which story you're sponsoring before you commit.

What you get: a sponsor mention inside the public-facing story, a clickable ad, and a callout in the Friday email, and an Instagram tag.

A note on format: size is flexible — banner, portrait, landscape, your call — and you supply whatever artwork or text you want on it. One technical limit: if it links out, it can't be light-boxed, so large, simple text reads best.
